Rebecca Osman is Your Stage Coach
Rebecca Osman empowers people to present their ideas and themselves with Confidence and Clarity. Your Stage Coach is the culmination of over 25 years of Rebecca’s experience and training as a performer, director and educator. Through private coaching, group training and public speaking, Rebecca helps others perform at their best in front of their audiences—clients, suppliers, employees, students, interviewers, boards and more.
Rebecca has been performing on the professional stage since she was 11 years old. Stage credits include dancing the role of Young Clara in Pacific Northwest Ballet’s The Nutcracker and acting roles with Seattle Shakespeare Company, Book It-Repertory Theatre, Tacoma Actor’s Guild, Seattle Children’s Theatre, Seattle Public Theatre, Spokane Interplayers, Renton Civic Theatre and Washington Shakespeare Festival.
Her directing credits include shows at Lakewood Playhouse, Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, Northwest Yeshiva High School, MMSC Day School, Roosevelt High School and Columbia University. Rebecca has also worked in film/TV.
As a drama educator, Rebecca has worked with pre-school through high school age students. She draws heavily upon her experiences teaching drama to help professionals develop and improve their inter-personal communication skills in her Tools of Face-to-Face Communication classes.
Rebecca trained with the Moscow Art Theatre School and in Seattle with Aaron Levin and at Freehold. She also holds a degree in Russian Language and Literature from Columbia University.
Her “day jobs” over the years have included working in International Business (with Russia), a high tech start-up, and sales.
Rebecca is an active member of Toastmasters International. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two children.
